Due to the intricacies of design build projects, M&I works side-by-side with our customers to develop the best design for their steel structure needs. These often require a large work load from our miscellaneous fabricators.

These jobs vary in complexity and size, but M&I is positioned to provide maintenance to a variety of industries. We partner with several real estate management companies to offer maintenance that spans from replacing stairs to reinforcing bar joists for a roof top unit.

This industry has very stringent specifications due to the nature of the business. M&I has been successful at executing numerous jobs in the food service industry by carefully and thoughtfully creating stainless steel structures that are compliant to food services’ rigorous requirements.
